Bookings will be held for 2 weeks and should be confirmed by payment of a deposit of £100.
When confirming the booking, please let us know if you have any special requirements.
A deposit of £100 is payable on booking: the balance is due 1 calendar month before the start of let. Cheques should be made payable to Evelyn Walker Smith.
Times
Lets will run from Saturday to Saturday unless by prior agreement. Part weeks may be available by negotiation. Keys will be available from 15.00 on day of entry. Please make the cottage available for cleaning by 11.00 on day of departure.
